Management forecast revenue of $215.5 million–$217.5 million (vs. $217.1 million expected) and non‑GAAP EPS of $0.42–$0.47 (vs. $0.47 consensus). The slightly cautious outlook—alongside increased capex for new data‑center build‑outs—prompted a modest sell‑off, with shares slipping about 10% on the day
DoorDash (DASH) -7%
Even a surprise acquisition splash couldn’t steady DoorDash shares. After reporting GAAP earnings of $0.44 per share on $3.03 billion of revenue, DASH gave cautious EBITDA guidance for Q2—well below the street’s expectations.
